Our Chef
With over 17 years of experience in the culinary industry, Executive Chef Jonathan Williams has worked at top Toronto restaurants, Michelin-starred venues in England, and notable New York establishments. Known for his focus on clean, precise flavours, he champions sustainability by sourcing and collaborating with local farmers. As a certified sommelier, Chef Williams combines his culinary expertise with wine pairings to create exceptional tasting menus.
